📍 Location : Renaissance Recovery (IOP)

🕗 Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

💲 Pay : $20.00 per hour

• Substance Use Disorder Credential Required

About the Role

Renaissance Recovery is looking for a motivated Operations Support Staff Member to be an essential part of our growing team. In this role, you'll help ensure our facility runs smoothly while providing support to both staff and clients. From welcoming visitors to assisting with intakes, your work will directly contribute to the success of our mission-helping individuals on their path to recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

🔹 High school diploma or equivalent

🔹 Registered recovery worker (RADT-1, SUDRC, or equivalent) Required

🔹 CPR & First Aid certification ( or willingness to obtain )

🔹 Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or related fiel

🔹 Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

🔹 Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
