Seeking a bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our ambulatory care team providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients in Madison, Wisconsin. Highlights: * Full-time position * Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM 5:00 PM * Provide comprehensive pre and post-operative care to emergency general surgery patients with varying acuity and diagnoses in an outpatient setting * Perform history and physical, post-operative visits, wound management, and develop, manage and modify treatment plans for patients undergoing or who have had emergency general surgery. * Perform procedures such as suture and drain removal, seroma aspiration, sharp debridement, and wound care * Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Compensation/Benefits: * Annual pay range: $115k-$162k * Health and dental insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plans * Paid parental leave * Adoption assistance * Tuition benefits eligibility * Employee referral bonus The Community: Experience life in a vibrant, culturally rich city known for its scenic lakes, tree-lined streets, and thriving arts and food scenes, all while enjoying a strong sense of community and excellent public services.
