Mobile X-Ray Technologist

Job Title : Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Profession : Technologist Specialty : Mobile X-Ray Duration : Permanent Shift : Evenings, 8 hours, M-F PM shift and 1 part-time weekend / PM shift Hours per Shift : 8 Experience : Minimum years of experience required License : State licensure required Certifications : ARRT Certification required Must-Have : Valid driver's license in current standing Vaccination against COVID-19 or proper documentation for exemption Description : Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous locations. Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital or computed radiography equipment and submit them to a Radiologist for interpretation. Unload portable X-Ray equipment and perform exams as ordered by the physician. Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-Ray images. Perform EKGs when necessary and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation. Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily following protocol. Maintain regular communication with dispatch and management. Interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients. Maintain vehicle and X-Ray equipment. Push / pull equipment weighing between 50 to 100 lbs with adequate assistance and techniques. Ensure compliance with required state licenses, health requirements, and operational requirements.
