Role Summary

The Head of Revenue and Analytics will be responsible for designing and executing data-driven strategies that maximize revenue and profitability across the company’s subscription-based, multi-unit car wash business. This role blends advanced analytics and business intelligence with commercial strategy to optimize the purchase funnel, pricing, promotions, and packaging. As part of the Marketing Department, this leader will act as a strategic partner to Finance, Operations, and Customer Service, delivering insights and recommendations that directly shape business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the company’s revenue strategy framework, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Build and maintain advanced analytics and business intelligence models to track performance across the purchase funnel, sales, and marketing.
  • Partner with Marketing to evaluate and optimize pricing, promotional campaigns, and product / package design to improve conversion and margin.
  • Deliver actionable insights to Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams to align strategies across the organization.
  • Lead the design of dashboards, reporting tools, and predictive models to improve decision-making and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Provide scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support executive-level decisions.
  • Collaborate with IT / data teams to ensure clean, reliable data pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Track industry benchmarks and competitor performance to inform proactive adjustments in strategy.
  • Present regular updates, analyses, and recommendations to executive leadership and the board.

Qualifications

Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue strategy, data science, or analytics, preferably in subscription-based or multi-unit businesses.
  • Proven ability to translate data into business insights and commercial strategy.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics and BI tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau / Power BI, Python / R, Excel).
  • Demonstrated expertise in pricing, promotion, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

    • Preferred :

  • Master’s degree (MBA, Data Science, or related discipline).
  • Experience in automotive services, multi-location retail, or consumer subscription businesses.
  • Familiarity with martech and CRM platforms to connect customer-level data with revenue outcomes.
  • Experience in private-equity-backed, high-growth environments.

    • Travel Requirements

  • This position requires approximately 10–20% travel.
  • Travel may include regional and national trips for site visits, leadership meetings, or strategy workshops.
  • Occasional evening or weekend travel may be required.
