JOB TITLE : Ops Trainee

LOCATION : Tulsa, OK

PAY RATE : $19.28 / hour

Qualifying Questions :

Summary :

Perform fitting of parts, basic drilling, and riveting using hand and pneumatic tools (rivet guns, drills, reamers, files, etc.)

Ensure parts and work meet instructions and Quality Control standards

Learn to read work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine sequence of operations

Align and assemble parts using fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners

Observe and assist with assemblies, gradually working with decreasing supervision

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED required

Strong mechanical aptitude; enrollment in a Technical Aviation program preferred

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Basic computer and keyboard skills

Must be able to lift and transport up to 40 lbs

Must be available to work any shift

Basic shop math and ability to read scales

Attention to detail, professional attitude, and strong teamwork skills

Demonstrate good housekeeping and safety practices

Proficiency in personal computer software

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
