Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Handle a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including liability defense, trust litigation, trucking litigation, and civil litigation.

2. Develop and implement litigation strategies from inception to resolution.

3. Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.

4. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.

5. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

6. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services.

7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting clients.

8. Manage client relationships and provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications :

1. Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

2. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an associate attorney, with a focus on commercial litigation, liability defense, trust litigation, trucking litigation, and civil litigation.

3. Be a member in good standing with the state bar.

4. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

7. Have a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.

8. Have a strong commitment to client service and team collaboration.
