Title :                Head Cook / Snack Cart Attendant

Salary :             Hourly

Position :          Full-time / Friday-Tuesday  (subject to change)

Supervisor :    Raceway Manager

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Raceway Head Cook / Snack Cart Attendant position provides Raceway customers with food and beverages while maintaining a clean and healthy establishment.  This position prepares food for and operates the snack cart.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Kitchen :

• Clean and sanitize the kitchen at the beginning and end of each shift
• Prepare and cook food for the snack cart
• Maintain a clean and sanitized cooking area during the shift
• Keep track of supplies used for the kitchen
• Keep track of food and drink products ordered and sold
• Notify the Raceway Manager when supplies need to be ordered (Propane, Staples, etc.)
• Notify the Raceway Manager of food, drink, and snack orders (Smart and Final, Costco, etc.)
• Notify the Raceway Manager when kitchen appliances and cooking tools need repair or maintenance
• Perform other related duties as directed by the Raceway Manager
