Transformation Office Specialist

Mission of Position : Magna Powertrains Transformation is the organizations holistic effort to continuously evolve and modernize the organization. The Transformation Office (TO) is at the heart of the effort it sets the pace and direction of the program, oversees execution across functions, and debottlenecks challenges. The TO specialist has the unique opportunity to see the business end-to-end through driving a rigorous process, managing program transparency, and mobilizing senior leadership. Key Responsibilities : Support TO cadence (i.e., key transformation meetings)Operationally support TO meetings (e.g., prepare meeting invitations, take / send / and close-loop on meeting actions, issue / print meeting materials, produce high quality presentation material)Together with TO leadership, set priorities for the program (e.g., update TO meetings - include participant list, agenda, and targeted deep dives)Provide ad-hoc problem solving and work with key stakeholders to drive issues to res...Office, Specialist, Powertrain, Project Management, Manufacturing, Business Services, Support
