Chief Financial Officer - Remote

SNI Financial has been engaged by a leading Private Equity roll-up platform seeking a hands-on, execution-driven CFO to join senior leadership as a result of rapid growth. The role owns all financial operations, drives M&A integration discipline, and builds scalable infrastructure across a rapidly growing multi-entity portfolio. This position offers significant influence, autonomy, and long-term value creation for executives with deep PE-backed, multi-acquisition experience.

This comes with a generous base salary + bonus + equity in the business. ~25% travel EST.

Location & Compensation

Boston, MA $200,000.00-$300,000.00

Qualifications

15+ years progressive finance leadership, ideally in PE-backed environments

Proven roll-up experience managing 5+ entities and scaling from ~$50M to $200M+

At least 15+ post-close integrations into a master ERP (non-negotiable)

Strong construction, HVAC, or project-based accounting experience

Early-stage company experience; ability to build processes, controls, and reporting from scratch

Experience leading audits across multiple subsidiaries

Strong stakeholder management : founders, acquired leadership teams, lenders, and PE partners

CPA preferred
