Core responsibilities

• Interpret job orders, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine machining approach.
• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment using CAD-driven programs.
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections; verify all features meet conformance standards.
• Adhere to all specifications outlined in drawings and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure accuracy.
• Complete routine machine maintenance to sustain performance.
• Document and conduct quality checks throughout production.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet schedules and delivery targets.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area per company safety policies.

B Shift — Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 00 p.m.

Pay depends on experience; weekend shift includes a 10% pay increase.
