Accounts payable associate

Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable (AP) Associate to join one of our clients in Houston. This position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site requirements, and offers the potential for long-term employment. The ideal candidate will have AP experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to handle urgent issues while maintaining accuracy. This position is 90% Remote. • 1-3 years AP experience
• Excel guru - pivot table, extracting data
• Expert-level skills in complex formulas, data analysis, and data visualization tools.
• All MS products (Word, Outlook etc)
• Ability to create, modify, and analyze Pivot Tables for summarizing and presenting large datasets.
• Proficient use of the VLOOKUP function to search, integrate, and analyze information across tables and sources.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail oriented - fast paced environment - urgencies on issues

salary : $19 - $19.71 per hour
