Industrial Solutions Business Development Manager, EMEA

Environmental Solutions Business Development Manager Role Summary We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our Environmental Solutions portfolio. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and commercial acumen to position Picarro as a trusted leader in industrial monitoring and compliance solutions. The focus will be on European markets, especially in sectors dealing with hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), ethylene oxide (EtO), and volatile organic compounds (VOC). Key Responsibilities Provide technical guidance and support for the creation of industry standards (DIN, CEN, ISO). Identify opportunities and enhance the use of analytics platforms. Define and implement tools to improve customer experience and efficiency. Collaborate with sales and applications teams to support customers. Lead pilot projects and partnerships to meet operational requirements. Develop and deliver training, enablement resources, and technical guidance. Translate regulatory requirements into business and technical solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field. 5+ years in environmental / industrial monitoring, chemical industry, medical sterilization, or regulatory agency. Strong analytical skills for regulatory interpretation and business translation. Solid knowledge of EU environmental compliance (HAPs, EtO, VOC). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with marketing / CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms. Proficiency in English and German required; other European languages are an asset. Willingness to travel internationally regularly. Must already hold a valid authorization to work in Switzerland (no visa sponsorship available).

Salary & Benefits : Our total compensation packages include base salary, bonus eligibility, and equity.
