Illinois Client Access Specialist

A company is looking for a Client Access Specialist for IL.

Key Responsibilities :

Obtain authorizations from payers and upload to the document repository

Identify and resolve authorization and eligibility issues by communicating with payer representatives

Monitor and track authorizations and expiration dates, ensuring timely renewals

Required Qualifications :

High School diploma or GED required

One to two years of experience in revenue cycle management or billing in the healthcare field

Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred

Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong attention to detail
