Finance Assistant- Accounts Payable

The Accounts Payable Office is part of Transactional Services based in the Finance Directorate. The office is responsible for processing, checking, monitoring and payment of transactions on the University’s financial ledgers.

Finance Assistants will each be part of a small team within the Accounts Payables Office, reporting to a Team Leader. It is anticipated that all Finance Assistants will rotate between each of the three teams within the office being input of invoices, resolutions and helpdesk.
