Our client is a privately held general contractor with a strong reputation across the public and light commercial sectors. With a projected revenue increase from $25M to $35M-$40M over the next five years, they're expanding their team to meet growing demand. Their portfolio includes fire stations, schools, municipal buildings, and restaurant renovations across Massachusetts.

Job Description

Manage field operations for ground-up projects ranging from $2M-$7M. Oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, and safety compliance. Lead projects from start to finish, typically one at a time. Report directly to the Owner and Lead Superintendent. Ensure timely execution and quality delivery across all phases. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to maintain project momentum. Utilize construction management software (Procore or similar). Contribute to long-term succession planning and team development.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or public construction. Proven ability to run projects independently from start to finish. Experience with municipal, school, or fire station projects preferred. DECAM experience is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with digital RFI / submittal tools and scheduling platforms. Based in Greater Boston, South Shore, or Central MA (no remote / hybrid).

What's on Offer

Base salary range of $130K-$140K, with flexibility up to $150K for top candidates. Assistant Superintendent level also considered at $100K-$120K.
