Administrative Support Person

The local chapter of a national non-profit seeks a dedicated administrative support person who is detail oriented, focused, and enthusiastic about the mission. This is a full-time position and is onsite at their headquarters located in Camarillo, CA. This is life-changing work for the right candidate. The chapter offers a full compensation and benefit package and you will be united in a purposeful mission.

Responsibilities :

• Managing the daily workflow of the referral and granting process, monitoring progress to completion
• Ensuring policies and guidelines are being followed
• Managing budgets to ensure accurate accounting of costs, both direct and in-kind
• Sourcing donated in-kind goods and services
• Maintaining positive relationships with donors, volunteers, and vendors
• Maintaining accurate and complete files

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Experience : 1-4 years
