At Holy Cross Hospital – West Valley, our Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit is a close-knit team dedicated to providing exceptional birthing experiences. Delivering around 250 babies annually, our unit includes seven private rooms, a three-bed triage area, and an OR for C-sections. Two of our labor rooms are specially equipped as natural birthing suites for mothers choosing unmedicated deliveries. Following birth, mothers and babies transition to postpartum / well-baby care, where couplet care is encouraged to keep families together. We occasionally support GYN and Med-Surg overflow patients, adding diversity to our care. Our team is family-oriented, passionate about learning, and values work-life balance through flexible scheduling. As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assume responsibility and accountability for :

• Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient / family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
• Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Schedule : 0600-1830. This is a PRN position that requires you work 5 shifts within a 6 week schedule period.
