Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing service delivery
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining compliance and service quality
Bridge communication between clients and internal teams, preparing performance reports and identifying areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
Experience in client relationship management or a similar role
Knowledge of Employee Onboarding and Offboarding processes
Ability to implement and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Experience in preparing and presenting performance reports
Understanding of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting clients
