Job Details Physician - Vascular (Locums) (Springfield, OR)

JOB INFORMATION :

• Vaccination requirements : COVID Religious and Medical Exemption allowed
• 1 - 2 providers to help pick up 7 shifts a month - We can consider multiple providers 1 to work Mon-Thurs and then another to work Fri-Sun
• Dates needed : ASAP, 6 months
• Shift Schedule details and duration : M F 9a 5 : 30p with 16 hours of night call and call back & Weekends will be 24-hour call with about 2-3 hours of call back work
• EMR : EPIC must be proficient
• No Rounding, admissions
• Patient demographics : Adults
• Certifications required : Board Certified Vascular Surgery; ATLS
• At least 5 years of OR and Endovascular experience required.
• Active OR license only
• Reason for coverage : Recent departures Coordination Details : ? As not contractual, 5 Day Lead Time : Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days from submission of completed app. Will expedite very clean files
