As a Security Officer - Patrol in Litchfield Park, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic tech-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. This is a driving post, requiring you to navigate the premises as you deliver exceptional customer service and support. Pay Rate : $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe for any unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entry points and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the technology and media environment.
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns and support a secure location.
  • Prepare and submit clear and accurate reports on daily activities, incidents, and / or irregularities as required by site protocols.
  • Represent Allied Universal in a professional manner while interacting with staff, visitors, and / or contractors on location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
