[job_card.job_description]Premium pay for shifts and on-call duties Opportunity for annual performance-based increases Benefits Health benefits including medical, dental, and vision Retirement plans with employer matching Educational Assistance Program Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries Patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases Deliver and coordinate evidence-based patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe, compassionate care Apply clinical judgment and skilled communication for optimal outcomes Contribute to a positive patient experience across care continuum Become part of a supportive team culture that values connection and community outreach Thrive in an environment promoting teamwork and patient-centered care Assess patient needs, plan interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness Recognize and respond to significant changes in patient condition Develop individualized education strategies for patients and families Lead interdisciplinary discharge planning Monitor patient, team, and unit outcomes, advocating for improvements Facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team Promote patient safety by identifying and addressing risks Make ethical decisions respecting all members of the care team Engage in quality improvement initiatives Participate in professional development and mentorship activities Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Completion of an accredited nursing program Ability to provide holistic patient care with a focus on patient and family needs Proven communication, interpersonal, and critical decision-making skills Strong organizational and time management skills Capacity to manage critical situations with confidence Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry weight as necessary Must be capable of various physical tasks throughout the shift Protective clothing and equipment required due to exposure to hazards

Base compensation reflecting qualifications and experience

Schedule and Additional Information :
Night shifts, 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend rotation, and holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift
