HVAC Customer Service - Dispatch Agent

Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling, situated in West Berlin, NJ, is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of full-time HVAC Customer Service - Dispatch Agent . YOUR DAY

As an HVAC Customer Service - Dispatch Agent, your daily responsibilities will include maintaining the service call schedule, prioritizing urgent matters, and effectively managing dispatch assignments. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers as you address questions, schedule appointments, and provide updates on service progress. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to promote maintenance plans and marketing initiatives.

YOUR HOURS

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options. Shifts are available Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, spanning from 7 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM. Our rotating schedule ensures flexibility and work-life balance for our employees.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE - DISPATCH AGENT

This position would be a good fit for a highly organized person with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. What matters most is that you meet the following requirements :

Experience in a sales or customer service role

The ability to upsell products and services is a plus!
