We are looking for a skilled mortgage loan officer assistant to join our top-producing team and assist our mortgage loan origination officers. This position requires a unique mix of sales and customer service skills, plus the ability to manage loan files from beginning to end. $35,000 plus bonus structure possible
Responsibilities :
- Assist with administrative duties such as making and screening calls, booking appointments, etc.
- Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service
Essential Duties of this Position
Yiddish / Hebrew - Must be able to speak, write, and effectively communicate in Yiddish / Hebrew with clients and referral partnersExcellent verbal & written communication skillsStrong time management & organizationAbility to work under pressure & meet deadlinesThis position is in person only and requires the employee to have a vehicle for purposes of local business building and event planning / hosting1st Focus - Lead & Client Management :
Contact all new leads within 4 hours (or as required)Track all leads using the Lead TrackerOnboard all leads into the CRMMaintain and obsess over all lead-tracking ratiosEnsure borrower appointments are scheduled (phone, video, or face-to-face)Provide daily, monthly, quarterly annual lead management reports2nd Focus - Calendar Scheduling Management :
Set 100% of all appointments for LO and the team; ensure 80% Lead to Appointment showConfirm all appointments via email, text phone (24+ hours in advance)Review next-day schedules for LO before leaving each dayAnswer 90% of incoming calls for LO and the teamManage recurring face-to-face business partner meetings for LOEnsure LO is prepared for the daily Phone “Power Hour”3rd Focus - Database Management :
Maintain database organization for the LOSend quarterly letters to the closed database via snail mailManage birthday, home closing anniversary programsCoordinate 2+ monthly leveraged events (lunch ‘n learns, happy hours, etc.)Help LO send 2+ email newsletters (minimum) and monitor open ratesSend handwritten notes, birthday cards, post-closing surveys, gifts, etc.Additional Responsibilities
Ensure LO stays on track for all daily appointmentsManage LO’s emails (if applicable)Handle incoming mail and maintain a spotless desk for LOMaintain support for LO’s tech toolsAssist with all administrative duties as neededStay “one step ahead” of LO at all timesMeet in person with clients, referral partners, act as a concierge for appointments, offer snack beverages, etc. Receive document drop-offs and meet clients for various quick face-to-face requirements. Drive to local referral partner offices for events, coordinating sales activities, and building local community recognitionQualifications :
