Position : RN-MedSurg (Travel / Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Livingston, Tennessee — earn up to ($1904 - $2004 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.

Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Achieve individual performance targets and goals.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Educate patients and families on health management.

Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.

Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

Support a positive team environment and culture.

Experience / Qualifications

Current RN license in Tennessee, with MedSurg experience preferred.

Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Ability to monitor, document, and analyze patient progress accurately.

Proven track record of achieving individual performance targets.

Experience in patient education and health management strategies.

Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare settings.

Experience in utilizing data to enhance patient care outcomes.

Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and environments.
