Job Title : ServiceNow SPM Architect

Job Location : Sunnyvale, CA (local candidates only)

Work Schedule : Hybrid (3 days Onsite)

Rate : $96.29, Based on experience

Responsibilities :

ServiceNow Architect with specialized expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) , including architecture design, platform optimization, and data strategy. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation and enhancement of SPM modules, align business needs with platform capabilities, and provide architectural oversight across complex ServiceNow programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect scalable solutions across ServiceNow's SPM suite (Project, Demand, Resource, Goals, Financials).
• Lead enterprise-level SPM platform strategy and technical governance.
• Optimize ServiceNow data structures to support reporting, analytics, and platform performance.
• Ensure cross-module integration with ITSM, CMDB, and financial management components.
• Guide implementation teams on best practices, reusable frameworks, and scalable design.
• Act as an SME for SPM-related business requirements and platform roadmap planning.
