[job_card.job_description]Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the healthcare location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies or disturbances. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain an orderly environment. Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client protocols. Assist with emergency response activities, such as evacuations or lockdowns, as directed by site management and Allied Universal protocols. Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and local law enforcement, as needed, to address security-related concerns. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter disruptive behavior and provide reassurance to staff, patients, and visitors. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service.
