\n Compensation : Up to $62 / hr (Based on Experience)

Job Description
\n\n \n\t
Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
\n\t\n\t
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
\n\t\n\t
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and interventions
\n\t\n\t
Offer support and consultation to teachers and parents regarding student needs
\n\t\n\t
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring
\n\t\n\t
Serve students across a range of elementary to high school grades based on caseload
\n\t\n\t
Deliver services in accordance with district policies and state / federal regulations
\n\t\n
\n\n
Education and Certification Requirements
\n\n \n\t
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
\n\t\n\t
Current Washington state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
\n\t\n\t
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
\n\t\n\t
Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification through OSPI or willingness to obtain
\n\t\n\t
School-based experience is a plus
\n\t\n
