A company is looking for a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers, agents, and clients via phone and web to address insurance-related inquiries
Assist in problem resolution and ensure accurate information is entered into the system
Process policies and related documents while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least six months of customer service-related experience
Fluency in English and French (speaking, spelling, and grammar)
Ability to maintain security and confidentiality of customer information
Willingness to assist other departments as needed
