Duration : 6 Weeks (Contract)

Shift : 11 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM

Pay Rate : $1237 $1350 weekly

Job Overview :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Central Sterile Technician (CST) to support the Perioperative Department by ensuring all surgical instruments and medical devices are properly decontaminated sterilized assembled and distributed. This role is essential to maintaining safety and workflow efficiency in a fast-paced hospital environment. Urgent start available.

Responsibilities :

Perform decontamination cleaning disinfecting and sterilization of surgical instruments and medical equipment.

Inspect assemble and package instrument trays for surgical procedures.

Monitor inventory of sterile supplies and ensure timely restocking.

Conduct quality checks on sterilization equipment and ensure compliance with hospital and JC standards.

Distribute sterile instruments and equipment to designated departments.

Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization cycles instrument usage and quality assurance logs.

Follow all CS / SPD safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate effectively with OR staff nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED

Previous Central Sterile / SPD experience (required)

National CS / SPD Certification (required)

Strong organizational and communication skills
