Dental Front Desk

We are looking for a professional and friendly Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our established dental practice. As the Front desk you are the first point of contact for our patients, and you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome patients as they enter the office
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
• Verify insurance information and handle patient billing and payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
• Assist in coordinating patient flow and ensuring timely service

Requirements

Previous experience as a dental front desk receptionist is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in dental practice management software

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Attention to detail and a commitment to patient confidentiality

Benefits
