Childcare Teacher Trainer

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and motivated Curriculum Coordinator and Childcare Teacher Trainer to join our team. This leadership role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in early childhood education who is eager to shape both classroom environments and educator growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation of the center’s educational goals and curriculum standards.
• Mentor, support, and train teaching staff in best practices aligned with early childhood development.
• Regularly observe classrooms to ensure a high-quality learning environment and support teacher development.
• Guide teachers in creating nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate spaces.
• Provide constructive feedback, support professional development, and hold staff accountable for classroom quality, child engagement, and family communication.
• Assist with classroom management and coverage as needed.
• Maintain documentation of teacher progress and classroom observations.
• Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and center policies.
