The NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Medical Group for Rehabilitation Medicine offers a wide range of services for patients of all ages. We are committed to impacting our patients and the community through a highly engaged, skilled, and empathetic team consisting of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to) :

• Provide comprehensive rehabilitation care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Administer injections, perform minor procedures, and order diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, self-care techniques, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Work Schedule :

This is a full-time day position, shifts are Monday through Friday, 37.5-hour work week across multiple offices in Queens. Ability to travel between offices is expected and required.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range : $157,000-$184,275 / Annual
