Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager within PNC's Wealth Management organization, you will be based in Denver, CO. Regional Sales Managers lead a team of Financial Advisors and support staff within a highly collaborative circuit of bank branches. PNC Wealth Management executes an advice and planning strategy focused on helping clients meet their savings, investing and retirement goals. Our team of financial planning experts support our advisor teams in creating personalized solutions in support of our clients. Our comprehensive, holistic and strategic approach will harmoniously keep all parties on the same side of the table. Job Description

  • Manages and directs a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
  • Leads and coordinates the daily activities of team members engaged in customer and / or prospect management activities.
  • Manages risk / return and drives quality for new and / or existing clients.
  • Manages effective network of senior internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and / or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
  • Develops team members while monitoring progress against individual goals.

  • Competencies : Conflict Management, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Sales Management, Selling
  • Work Experience : Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • Education : Bachelors
  • Certifications : FINRA Series 7, 24 (or 9,10) and 66 (or 63,65) required.
  • Pay Transparency

    Base Salary : $100,000.00 $218,500.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
