• Weekly Pay Range: $1,752 - $1,947
• Start Date: 08/12/2024
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8 Hour Days
• Hours Per Week: 40

Job Requirements:

• Skills: services to include transportation, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities as outlined by treatment plan and in accordance with state practice guidelines
• Education: graduate from an accredited program
• 2 years’ clinical experience
• BLS certification required through AHA
• OT license issued by the state of Oklahoma
