Description & Requirements

The Healthcare Performance Improvement practice of Forvis Mazars Healthcare aims to produce sustainable results for our clients by helping identify opportunities and working with client management to implement performance improvement initiatives. We do this by performing data analysis, conducting market research, creating action plans, and leading implementation assistance for client revenue improvement or savings initiatives.

How you will contribute :

• Performing benchmarking analysis and analyzing financial records to identify opportunities for improved financial performance
• Assisting in the creation of project-related provisions such as project plans, implementation plans, communication plans, and financial models, and creating and delivering presentations
• Assisting clients to implement our recommendations that drive economic and operational value
• Interfacing with all levels of management both internally and at client sites

We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and :

Minimum Qualifications :

Pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other master’s program focused on business, finance, or healthcare

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong Excel skills

Ability to travel depending on client commitments

Illinois Wage Transparency

Pursuant to Illinois’ Equal Pay Act, the salary range displayed is for the Illinois market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Non-exempt / hourly positions will be eligible for time and half pay for employees that work over 40 hours in a workweek. Benefits are eligibility-based and could include group health plan benefits, 401(K), bonuses, profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave.
