Job Description

The Billing Clerk at Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek will be responsible for the pre-owned side of the business. Our pre-owned department sells over 200+ cars monthly.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Posts all car deals and pay off trades.
• Makes entries into the CDK system.
• Following up on outstanding items.
• Manage the physical inventory of pre-owned vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications : Qualifications

Preferred :

At least 1+ years working in a dealership business office.

Quick learner and ability to take on additional responsibilities.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Excellent organization and time management.

Ability to work in a busy environment and multi-task.

Ability to walk around several lots and work outside.

Ability to work independently on a computer, knowledge or MS Office systems and CDK.

Required :

All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Additional Information

(The Billing Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $22.00 and $26.00.)

Full Time
