We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate / Property Management industry. As a Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for leasing vacant units maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our property management team. Responsibilities

  • Leasing vacant units to prospective tenants ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Conducting property tours showcasing the features and amenities of our properties
  • Responding to inquiries addressing concerns and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities including applications leases and rent payments
  • Collaborating with the property management team to ensure a smooth leasing process and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends competitor activity and industry developments to ensure our properties remain competitive

Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of experience in leasing or sales preferably in the Real Estate / Property Management industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business marketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in property management software and technology with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Salary : $18-20 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
