This position offers an opportunity to support six elementary students with very high needs in a structured school environment in Manchester, NH. The role focuses on providing specialized instruction and managing a team of 1:1 paraprofessionals to ensure each students individual education plan (IEP) goals are met with fidelity. Support from an in-house Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and related services professionals enriches the collaborative approach to student development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of 1:1 paraprofessionals supporting students across various levels of access to general education settings.
- Develop and deliver tailored special education instruction to meet each students unique needs.
- Manage special education administrative duties including IEP development, implementation, and eligibility processes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including behavioral and related services staff, to ensure a comprehensive support system.
- Engage in thorough lesson planning and preparation to optimize instructional effectiveness.

- Experience working with elementary students in special education settings.

Work Details:
- Full semester contract position.
- School hours: 8:20 a.m. to 3:05 p.m. daily.
- Approximately eight hours per week on-site, with additional compensated hours for lesson planning and preparation.
