Do you like working in construction or home improvement, but want better hours and better pay and stable, full-time employment? Are you looking for an opportunity to work within a growing company?

Superior Fence & Rail of Ventura County is an industry leader seeking full-time Fence Installers for immediate hire. Typical work week is Monday to Thursday 6 : 45am to 5 : 00pm. Work consists of building all types of fence including vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain-link. Pay is $20.00-$30 per hour - paid every other week , depending on experience. Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing drug testing and background check.

Minimum requirements :

  • Possess Valid CA DL
  • Pass background check
  • Pass drug screening
  • Reliable transportation
  • Physical fitness for heavy lifting, working in the heat

    • The Superior candidate will :

  • Have fencing, framing, roofing, or carpentry experience
  • Have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Be dependable and have a strong work ethic and desire to learn
