We are seeking a dedicated Liaison to strengthen relationships between our psychiatric hospital and the community. This role is key in ensuring patients, families, and providers receive timely access to care.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, providers, social service agencies, and referral sources.

Promote awareness of available psychiatric and behavioral health programs.

Serve as a trusted resource for referral partners, guiding them through the intake and admission process.

Provide timely communication and follow-up to ensure smooth transitions into care.

Actively participate in outreach, events, and community education efforts.

Collaborate closely with clinical and admissions teams to support patient needs.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or healthcare setting strongly preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups.

Knowledge of referral processes, admissions, or case management helpful.
