Statewide Organizing Manager

A company is looking for a Statewide Organizing Manager to oversee organizing efforts and manage staff in support of electoral goals.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of county organizers and regional managers while establishing clear goals for electoral work

Track and confirm base building data, providing routine reports and ensuring data integrity

Oversee the implementation of advocacy initiatives and coordinate GOTV efforts across the state

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Proven work experience in a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (3+ years)

Familiarity with nonprofit organizational structures

Ability to self-motivate and work both independently and as part of a team

Strong interpersonal skills and experience with multitasking in a professional environment

Bachelor's degree required; North Carolina residency is also required
