Development Manager

A company is looking for a Development Manager to enhance donor engagement and manage fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate donor engagement strategies and manage regional fundraising events

Oversee corporate sponsorship and employee engagement events, ensuring strong relationship management

Supervise the Development Coordinator and support the creation of fundraising strategies

Required Qualifications :

BS or BA from an accredited U.S. institution

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development

Experience managing staff, interns, or volunteers

Familiarity with CRMs, donor databases, and moves management processes

Strong organizational and project management skills, including event execution
