Overview
As a CRNA, you will provide anesthesia care for patients across various acuity levels and age groups in settings that include surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-operative patient assessments.
- Develop and communicate individualized anesthesia care plans to patients and their families.
- Establish and maintain essential venous access and airway management.
- Induct and monitor anesthesia, ensuring a safe and effective anesthesia experience.
- Oversee the completion of anesthesia procedures and manage post-anesthesia care transitions.
- Perform post-operative follow-ups on all cases.
- Serve as a clinical instructor for anesthesia students, sharing your expertise.
Essential Qualifications
The successful candidate will be equipped to work the specified hours and perform essential job functions effectively. This includes possessing adequate visual and auditory abilities to communicate proficiently and engage with others.
Required Credentials & Experience
Active Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in the state of practice upon hire.Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hire.Certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) upon hire.Expectations and Standards
