Key Responsibilities
Retain clients seeking to cancel by making and answering calls, emails, and online communications
Build rapport with clients and apply persuasive skills to encourage them to stay in the program
Document client interactions clearly using Salesforce and meet performance goals set by the management team
Required Qualifications
2 years of work experience in client retention
High school diploma required
Experience in sales and account management with a track record of meeting performance expectations
Punctuality and readiness to start shifts on time
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
