What you will do :

• Load, unload, and move materials from storage to staging sites and / or designated areas per each sales ticket.
• Use work orders and verbal instructions to assemble materials and containers which need to be picked, moved, or staged.
• Collect and pick all materials included customer orders using the pick ticket.
• Package merchandise for shipment to ensure maximum efficiency and reduce damage during the shipping process.
• Properly wrap, label, and mark material for easy identification and loading.
• Use Eclipse to confirm picking and staging of materials, ensuring proper piece count for drivers and customers.
• Load materials onto vehicles and properly secure cargo.
• Unload incoming vehicles, prepare necessary receiving documents, and receive the materials.
• Document shipments and changes in inventory using Eclipse.
• Clean work areas, machines, and equipment on a routine basis.
• Safely operate all the necessary equipment in the work area. Operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
• Count, weigh or measure incoming or outgoing items to compare identifying information and variety against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records; examine incoming shipments for damage or shortages and correspond with purchasing.
• Perform regular counting of inventory, including running off wire and inspecting items for damage.
• Communicate when supply inventory levels are low.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Location : Fresno, CA

Work hours : 7 : 00am 4 : 00pm

Salary Range : This is a non-exempt position and pays between $16.11 - $21.49 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
