IT Service Desk Specialist - $52K-$60K
Join Rchling Automotive as an IT Service Desk Specialist at our Akron, OH location. We are seeking a team player to be the first point of contact for our internal customers, providing technical support and ensuring first-time resolution of incidents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents related to Windows 10, Office 365, iOS, and other technologies.
- Maintain ownership of incidents, provide timely updates, and escalate when necessary.
- Support IT projects and initiatives, contributing to digitalization efforts.
