Critical Care Permanent Opportunity

DESCRIPTION:

• 14 shifts per month
• Will consider part time coverage
• 12 hour shifts | 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM
• Will be flexible on scheduling block shifts
• Local providers may be able to pick up single sporadic shifts
• 22 bed ICU
• Average census is 11 beds full
• Procedures: Intubations, vent management, central and arterial line placement, bronchoscopy, and thoracentesis
• Will do admissions
• Adults only
• Will remain on-site for entire shift | Sleep room available
• Solo intensivist coverage
• Night shifts may involve Tele-ICU coverage for sister hospitals
• Physicians are considered partners
• Directorship path is available and encouraged

REQUIRED:

• CA medical license in good standing or available to obtain
• ACLS
• BC/BE Critical Care with 5 years. Will consider BC/BE PULM/Critical Care

COMPENSATION:

• All physicians are 1099
• $5,000 per year partnership pay-out
• Pay is per 12 hr shift
• Part time day $2500
• Part time night with Telecare $3000
• Part time night without Telecare $2500
• Full time day $2650
• Full time night with Telecare $3150
• Full time night without Telecare $2650
