Health Services Director duties include: ??

• Oversight and coordination of care providers schedules and time keeping
• Coordinate resident care ensuring they remain as independent as possible for as long as possible
• Provide outreach and support to families
• Assist in the recruiting, hiring and training of team members
• Manage team member recognition, engagement and performance management
• Update and maintain the software with resident details including medications, family information and information
• Liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations and other health related service agencies to provide care to the residents.
• Leadership participation in Stand-up meeting
• Maintain positive image for Community and Insight Living

Requirements

Qualifications:

• RN, LPN or 2 years of education in human services or health care field preferred
• 2 years health services experience
• Must be able to meet all state and local requirements for employment screening including drug and background screening including abuse registry for certain positions.?

• Sincere interest in providing quality and compassionate services for seniors?
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills?
• Maintain confidentiality and protect resident's privacy?
