Key Responsibilities
Define, operationalize, and continuously improve the renewal process
Protect and grow recurring revenue with a focus on Net Dollar Retention (NDR)
Manage renewal pipelines, commercial negotiations, and ensure timely renewals
Required Qualifications
Direct renewal management experience in a B2B SaaS or tech company
Experience managing mid-market or enterprise renewal cycles
Strong CRM discipline, ideally with Salesforce
Proven ability to improve or create processes for scalability and efficiency
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various teams
