As an Agency Manager, you'll oversee business growth, recruiting, team development, and customer success across auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. You'll work closely with district leadership to build a high-performing team and ensure operational excellence all while enjoying the flexibility to serve your clients through a broad range of insurance solutions.
The Opportunity :
- Earn new business sale bonuses up to 360% of new business sales in your first year, with quarterly and annual incentives that continue beyond.
- Receive up to $500 per month in marketing assistance.
- Sell personal lines insurance with the ability to broker business to carriers outside of Farmers Insurance for both commercial and personal lines
- Participate in a 3-week virtual training program through the award-winning University of Farmers.
